De Rockland, Ontario, est décédé le vendredi 22 novembre 2024, à l’âge de 77 ans. Époux bien-aimé de feu Christine Ann Tencarre. Fils de sa mère biologique Ila Ische ; fils adoptif de Holly et Evelyn Halderson ; beau-fils de Maria Halderson.
Fier père de Curtis et encore plus fier grand-père d’Adam. Cher frère de Bill (Janice). Il laisse également sa belle-famille, Garry (Anne), Jo-Anne (feu Gérald Devost), Sidney (Dorothy), Gayle (Pam); ses nièces, Camille, Mireille, Analee, Kristi, Stacey, Claire ; et ses neveux, Steven, Kevin, Michael, Ian, Jonathan, Michael et Christopher.
Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à l’organisme de bienfaisance de votre choix seraient appréciés.

Les funérailles auront lieu à l’église Très-Sainte-Trinité, 2178 rue Laurier, Rockland, Ontario, le samedi 30 novembre à 11h.

Hello Curtis, Extremely sad to learn of Tim's passing. Covid in my home kept me away from joining your family at Saturday's service. Many memories of your Dad talking about you, your Mother and Adam went through my mind since I learned of this passing last Sunday. Know he was well respected in the District 61 Toastmaster circle. I had the pleasure of working with Tim and wish to express from our family to yours our sincere condolences. Tim was always a gentleman and a professional police officer. Curtis and family, we were saddened to hear the news about your Dad. Tim was such a kind soul, and gave so much to others. I met him through Toastmasters (Hawkesbury Club) and always looked up to him as a mentor. He became a friend, and I have always appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. His pride and love for his family was always apparent and he spoke so warmly about you all. Our sympathies and thinking of you.

Cher Curtis et famille - veuillez accepter nos plus sincères condoléances. Raymond et moi sommes très attristés de son départ mais une chose consolante, c’est qu’il ne souffre plus. Nous avons passé du très bon temps avec Tim et Christine. La porte était toujours grande ouverte et vous nous avez toujours considérés partie de votre belle famille. Ces souvenirs seront toujours gravés dans nos mémoires. Tim est maintenant au côté de ma chère amie Christine qui me manque encore énormément. Curtis, soit assuré que ton père et ta mère veilleront toujours sur toi et Adam. Reposes en paix cher Tim.

CURTIS….your dad was a kind, honourable man. We liked him from first time we met him. We were lucky to be in the room when this shy guy came to pick your mom up on their first date. (Your mom told me to keep my mouth shut and be nice!!) ADAM… your grandfather cherished golfing with you - you had a great coach! He loved watching you play hockey, too. Tim was a valuable member of the Toastmasters world and I will miss him. My deepest condolences to you, his family and also to his Toastmaster family and friends who loved him. Tim was a kind and generous friend. He gave of himself and was of service to many. He was a wonderful and thoughtful person and my world is a sadder place without him in it.

I had the privilege of working alongside him at the Ottawa Police Service for many years, where his helpful nature and bright smile made a lasting impact on everyone around him. On behalf of Claude and myself, my deepest sympathy to Curtis and Tim’s beloved Adam. Tim was a man of many talents, not the least of which was his ability to empathize with people. And his great ability to share his love of his family, immediate and extended. We will never forget the great lessons he taught us. If you want to catch a big Muskie, fish with an expert, if you want people to get out of your way on a golf course, be a marshal. And if you want to clean your glasses while driving, first take the car out of cruise control. Tim had many many friends, as Kiki said at this fiftieth birthday party… »who said cops had no friends? » I hope he enjoys eternal life with those whose life he made better on earth. He gave always his best, he deserves the best.
