Willa McLaughlin
(née Robillard)

De Rockland, Ontario, est décédée le samedi 17 mai 2025, à l’âge de 80 ans. Épouse bien-aimée de feu Donald McLaughlin. Fille de feu Stanley Robillard et de feu Vera Dawson. Mère aimante de feu Christopher McLaughlin. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses frères et soeurs : Ronnie (Grace), Betty (feu Don Hillis), Darcy (feu Denise), Gary (Marie), Carl (Gert), Ruth (Rolly Fournier), Linda (Vincent Viau) et Terry (Margo) ainsi que de nombreux neveux et nièces, petits-neveux et petites-nièces et amis très chers. Elle fut prédécédée par sa sœur Sheila (feu Jack Murphy) et son frère Larry (Ginette).

Il y a des gens qui touchent nos vies d’une manière spéciale et qui restent avec nous pour toujours. Willa était l’une de ces personnes spéciales. Elle nous manquera beaucoup.

Nous remercions tout particulièrement les équipes de Santé à domicile Ontario et du Groupe Action Champlain pour les soins prodigués.

Les personnes qui le souhaitent peuvent faire un don à Crohn et Colite Canada à la mémoire de Willa.

Conformément aux souhaits de Mme McLaughlin, il n’y aura pas de service funéraire.

Dearest Robillard family, We are so sad that Willa has passed but are comforted knowing she is no longer suffering and is together again with Don and Chris. I’ll miss my catch-up calls with her that usually came around to talking about mom. I hope she and Flo are at the “GT boutique” in heaven finding some good deals! My deepest sympathies to all of you. How I loved Willa, my friend forever . I treasure the memories of what we shared over our lives. We started school together at age of 6 in the one room schoolhouse in Clarence where we lived . My family was military and my husband too so we kept in touch whenever we could in younger years and always wrote letters and kept birthday remembrances all these years, 75 years . Willa had the most wonderful giggle and we laughed so much together over the years , sang hymns together and cried . I will miss our Fall trips in the countryside and I will miss you forever Willa but I know you are resting in Peace now and reunited with Don and Chris . Condolences to your wonderful family .
