Jelly, Corey
Of Rockland, Ontario, passed away on Monday March 18th 2024, at the age of 51.

Beloved son of Deborah Jelly and the late William Jelly.
Loving father of Emma and Maggie. Cherished brother of Trevor (Sarah), Kara and Sarah.
Will be fondly remembered by his daughters’ mother Annie and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Sincere thanks to the staff at the Montfort Hospital for their good care and compassion.

Memorial donation may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association if desired
