Obituary

Of Clarence Creek, Ontario, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the age of 98. He was the husband of the late Jacqueline Martin, son of the late Eusèbe Brunet and the late Yvonne Forgues. Beloved father of Royal (late Maureen Howard)(Donna Kennedy), Suzanne (Yvon Thériault) and Laurier; cherished grandfather of Nathalie (Luc Deschamps), Chantal (Martin Levac), Daniel (Misha Harrell), Guylaine (Roch Charbonneau), Julie (Louis Tremblay), Jocelyn Jean, Marie-Claude (Sébastien Emond), Danielle, Nicole and proud great grandfather. Dear brother of Fernande (late Percy Rollin), Yvette (late Jean-Paul Lefebvre), Rhéo (Dorothy Shaltz), Réjean (Nicole Glazer), Rachelle (late Gilles Beauchamp) and Gisèle (late Gaëtan Robitaille). He will be fondly remembered by many in-laws, nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Constance (late Robert Brière), his son Ronald and his brothers: Euclide (late Rollande Chamberland), Alcide (late Thérèse Fortier), Rhéal (late Léontine Messier) Marcel (late Hélène Legros) and Gérard (Norma Stevenson).

The family wishes to thank the team at Rockland Manor and the team at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus for their compassionate care.

The funeral will be celebrated privately.
