Obituary

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Florent ”Flo” Pitre,

of Rockland, surrounded by family on January 20, 2024.

Beloved husband of 53 years to Adelene ”Lee” Pitre (nee Imbeau), proud father of Vance (Kira) and Matt (France), and cherished Grandpapa to Alexandre, Jacob, Anya and Sebastian. Flo is survived by his sister Denise (Joe), and brothers Cyril (Aline) and Eddie (Nathalie) and predeceased by sister Solange, and brother Alcide.

Those who knew him remember him for his kindness, generosity and loyalty to his family, friends and neighbours.

There was no favour too big or small, he would be there to lend a hand. He loved to travel with his wife Lee, visiting distant friends and family over the years providing many wonderful memories.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Ottawa Heart Institute for their kindness and dedication.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute are appreciated.

A private celebration of Life will be held for family and friends.
