Obituary

Originally from Rockland, Ontario, now of Lac-Sainte-Marie, Quebec, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at the age of 91. Beloved son of the late Lionel Pouliotte and the late Véronique Rochon. He leaves his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends and also his large cherished family of the Mont Sainte-Marie. He was predeceased by his 3 sisters and his brother: Madeleine (Ronald Bernt), Thérèse (the late Thomas Wilson), Marie-Reine Gaudreau and Léo (the late Janine). The family would like to thank the CHSLD de Gracefield team for their excellent care and compassion.

The funeral will be held on Thursday August 24, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. The family will welcome you from 10 a.m. before the celebration at:

Our most sincere condolences to the man of the hour at Mont Ste Marie!!! He sure was a ladies man and made everybody feel at ease and at home! Mes sincères sympathies à tout les membres de la famille de Frank. Frank m’avait enseigner et transmis ça passion du ski au MSM lorsque j’avais 5 ans. J’en ai aujourd’hui 50. Je l’ai côtoyer pendant plusieurs années puisque j’ai enseigner le ski au MSM tout comme lui. Il disait souvent que nous étions béni lorsqu’il neigeait et que c’était les “anges qui ont !!@!! sur la montagne”… je l’ai toujours adoré cet homme. Quel icône du MSM. Plusieurs beau souvenir de lui me reste graver à jamais. Thanks Frank!

Il y a plusieurs années Frank ti Pit nous a enseignée des cours de skis à moi,mon épouse,mes deux filles et une de mes petites filles.Il était très bon toujours de bonne humeur et beaucoup de patience avec ma femme qui avait très peur de descendre la pente de ski.Nous ne l’oublierons jamais.Tu as été un don du ciel merci merci Ti Pit Xoxooxoxox.

Frank taught all 3 of my children to ski. He was a gem of a man. We loved Frank. Had him over for dinner multiple times. A kind some. Missed but never forgotten. Harold and Michelle Graham.
