Mr. Régean Drouin

Obituary

Of Rockland, Ontario, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, at the age of 78. Son of the late Wilfrid Drouin and the late Elozia Meloche. He is survived by his children, Linda Drouin and Jean Drouin; his grandchildren: Nicolas, Jonathan (Roxanne) and Sarah. He also leaves his brothers and sisters: Marielle (late Volveno), Huguette (late Rhéal), Lorraine (late Aurel), Yvon, Monique (late René), Diane (Denis), Lynn (Jacques), as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends, especially Richard, Linda’s friend, who was Reg’s ” budy budy” as well as Jean’s friend, Chantal for their great support. He was the companion for more than 40 years, of the late Colette Demars. He will be remembered by Colette’s daughter, Linda (Sylvio). The family wishes to thank the palliative care team at St-Elizabeth and Champlain Health Care, the extraordinary team at La Maison de l’Est and the Access Home Care team (especially Kos, Cynthia, Shannon and Dorothy for their excellent care, support and compassion towards Régean over the past 3 months). The family would also like to highlight and thank all those who offered their support with gestures of love, with words of encouragement, which made the difference in getting through this difficult moment.

The funeral will be celebrated on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 12 p.m., at the funeral home chapel.
