Of Rockland, Ontario, passed away surrounded by loved ones, on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the age of 50. Beloved spouse of Tracey Wright. Loving father of Zachary (Acacia). Proud grandfather of his grandson, Hunter. Dear son of Christiane Paquette and the late Maurice Loyer. Dear son-in-law of Monica (the late John Wright). Dear brother of Diane (Darlene), Denise (Stephen) and Louise (Roch). Will be fondly remembered many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Sincere thanks to the Saint-Elizabeth Care team and the May Court Hospice team for their great care and compassion.

Funeral service will be held at the Très-Sainte-Trinité Church, 2178 Laurier St, Rockland, Ontario, on Friday, December 23, 2022, at 11 am. You may express your condolences to the family on Friday, December 23, from 9 am before the funeral at:

Chère Tracy et Zachary, c’est avec beaucoup de tristesse que j’ai appris le décès de Stéphane. Lors de mon emploie au Sénat, mes fonctions m’emmenais à la table de négociations avez le syndicat ou à d’autre reprise dans ses fonctions de syndicalistes. Nos interactions étaient toujours cordial et professionnel et aussi avec beaucoup d’humour. Stéphane étais un leader au près des siens ainsi qu’à la ‘intérieur de l’institution. Son sens de l’humour apportait beaucoup de calme et stabilité. Mes sincères condoléances à vous, Zachary et toute ses proches. Repose en paix Stéphane.
