Obituary

(Nee Carrière) Of Rockland, Ontario, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Léo-Charles Marleau, the daughter of the late Napoléon Carrière and the late Josephine Richer. Cherished mother of : Denis (the late Monique, Carole Prévost), Thérèse (Raymond Barton), Gisèle (Pierre Pilon), Richard and Marcel (Sophie Paris); grandmother of : Stéphane (Julie), Alain, Jocelyne Gaumond, Caroline (Christian Pitre), Mathieu (Marylène), Cheryl Chapman, Brad Frank, great-grandmother of : Valérie Marleau, Audrey Marleau, Mélissa Pilon, Mia Pilon, Lana, Zoey and Asher.  She also leaves many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her sons: Gilles (Delphine) and Jacques; her sisters and her brothers: Simone, Cécile, Thérèse, Laurette, Rhéa, Yvette, Florence, Juliette, Émile, Ernest, Jean-Paul and Lucien. The family would like to thank the Hawkesbury Hospital team and Dr. Flynn for their great care.

A celebration of life will be celebrated on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
