Mrs. Louise Vinette

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Louise Vinette (nee Sylvestre) of Orleans, Ontario, formerly of Saint-Barthélemy, Québec, on Friday, February 7, 2025, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Vinette, daughter of the late Joseph Camille Sylvestre and the late Florence (Lafrenière). Dear mother of Monique (Marc Charlebois), Éric (Chantal Legris) and Pierre (Marie-Josée Babin). Cherished grandmother of : Alexandre (Christine Lefebvre), Patrick (Geneviève L’Heureux), Tamara, and Cédrik. Dear sister of Andrée, Gilles, Clément, Paul, Monique, and Alain. She will be fondly remembered by many in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Jean-Claude, Madeleine, Claire, Marthe, Pierre and Michèle.

The family wishes to thank the team at the Centre d’accueil Roger Séguin for their excellent care.

For those who wish, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul can be made in memory of Mrs. Louise Vinette.

The funeral will be held at Sainte-Marie Church, 4831 Innes Rd, (Orléans), Ottawa, ON K4A 4B3, on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 1 p.m. The family will receive condolences at the church beginning at 12 p.m.
