Obituary

(Nee Levesque) Of Rockland, Ontario, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Friday, June 6, 2025, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Claude Lalonde. Dear daughter of the late Amédée Levesque and the late Léonette (Pilon). Loving mother of Christine, Danny (Kim Riopelle) and Michael (Linda St-Cyr). Cherished grandmother of Wesley, Kris (Kaitlin), Jenna (Chris), Mathieu (Chloé) and Michèle (Charles). She was the great grandmother of Lake, Bradey, Eloise, Knox and Silas. Dear sister of the late Terry (Don Goulet) and the late Nelson (Pierrette). Will be fondly remembered by in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Sincere thanks to the “ACE” (Acute care for the elderly) team at the Queensway Carleton Hospital. Nurse Lanie and Dr. Nguyen went beyond in caring for our mom.  Huge thank you to the team at Crossing Bridge/Extendicare nursing home for their endless compassion and care.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation may be made if desired.

Funeral service will be held at the Très-Sainte-Trinité Church, 2178 Laurier Street, Rockland, ON on Monday, June 16, 2015, at 11 am. 

You  may express your condolences to the family at church before the service from 10:15 am.
