Obituary
Mr. Lionel Bourgeois, of St-Albert, Ontario, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at the age of 72. He was the son of the late Aurèle Bourgeois and the late Prudence (Grignon). He is survived by his siblings, Gisèle (the late Donald Forgues), Rachelle (Réjean Forgues), Nicole (George Charbonneau), Michel (Catharine Rodger), and Claude (Iris), as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers and one sister: Robert (Claudette), Adèle (Raymond Roy), and Léo (Odette). The family would like to thank the Cumberland Lodge care team for the wonderful care given to Lionel.
At Lionel’s request, there will be no funeral service; his body will be donated to the Body Donation Program at the University of Ottawa.
